Nilai-Nilai Budaya dalam Tradisi Knduri Sko Pada Masyarakat Desa Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Kerinci

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengkaji nilai-nilai budaya yang terdapat dalam tradisi Kenduri Sko pada masyarakat Desa Tebing Tinggi, Kecamatan Siulak Mukai Kabupaten kerinci Provinsi Jambi. Tradisi tersebut merupakan bagian dari warisan adat yang masih dilestarikan dan memiliki peran strategis dalam memperkuat identitas budaya serta kohesi sosial masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatifPengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan tokoh adat, tokoh masyarakat, serta warga sebagai informan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi Kenduri Sko mengandung berbagai nilai budaya, seperti gotong royong, musyawarah, solidaritas, penghormatan terhadap leluhur, serta nilai religius. Nilai-nilai tersebut tercermin dalam setiap rangkaian pelaksanaan tradisi dan berfungsi dalam mempererat hubungan sosial serta mempertahankan keberlangsungan adat istiadat. Namun demikian, perkembangan globalisasi dan modernisasi menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi keberlanjutan tradisi ini, terutama di kalangan generasi muda.
